Ingredients

For the granita:

60ml water

50g granulated sugar

500g freshly squeezed blood orange juice

For the macaroons:

425g finely ground walnuts

250g icing sugar

Zest of 2 oranges

½ tsp cinnamon

1 egg

3 egg whites
