Jewish singer Rachel Stevens has given birth to her first child.
The former S Club 7 star and her husband Alex Bourne are the “delighted” new parents of a baby girl who they have named Amelie.
She was born at just after 2am at the Portland Hospital in London
The singer’s spokeswoman said: “Mother and baby are both doing really well.”
The couple was married in summer 2009 by Rabbi Geoffrey Hyman, the minister of Ilford Synagogue.
Mr Bourne plays for Jewish football team Southgate Harmen A, who are currently fourth in the JC MSFL Premier Division. He scored for the side in their 6-1 defeat to Hendon United A on Sunday.
