Mrs Robinson, are you trying to seduce me?

It's been a while since Jewish favourites Simon and Garfunkel were chart toppers, but their 1968 single 'Here's To You Mrs Robinson' could be heading for the top spot thanks to the antics of a certain Northern Irish First Minister's wife.

Requests for the toe-tapping hit are apparently inundunating Belfast radio stations and a Facebook campaign to get the hit to number one has more than 18,000 members. It's got some way to go, currently sitting at number 165 in the official charts.

After the powerful victory of Rage Against The Machine's Xmas number one against X Factor's Joe McElderry, Facebook groups have proved they are capable of changing the world.

And Iris Robinson, who had an affair with a 19-year-old, does bear a striking resemblance to the song's subject, Mrs Robinson, in the classic film The Graduate.
