Readers of my previous blog will be aware of my views of Yasmin Alibhai-Brown. Let's just say that I am not her greatest fan. And to judge from her column today, the feeling is mutual.
But one thing I never realised about her is that she has the ability to see into the future. Today, she lambasts me for what I have done to the JC:
As for propaganda to justify the unjustifiable, there are commentators in this country for whom Israel can do no wrong. One of the most vociferous, Stephen Pollard, now edits the Jewish Chronicle, a newspaper that once expressed a range of views, including those held by liberal British Jews. It is turning hardline.
As I write this, I have been editing the paper for just over four hours. And Ms Alibhai-Brown has already detected my malign influence on the paper.
