I'll write this very slowly so perhaps you'll understand. There is no such place as Judea and Samaria. It is a dead term, a geographical designation that has as much relevance today as Upper Volta, Verulamium, Camulodunum, the Holy Roman Empire, Byzantium and the Ottoman Empire. They do not exist any more. Caduque. Void. They've passed on. These terms are no more! They have ceased to be! They've expired and gone to meet their maker! They're a stiff! Bereft of life, they rest in peace! They're metabolic processes are now history! They're off the twig! They have kicked the bucket, they have shuffled off their mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleeding choir invisibile. They are ex-names.
So you can sing and dance and praise and glorify, but kaddish de'rabbanan has been said over the old names of the West Bank. Only Christian Fundies and their branch among the settlers use the terminology. It's for those uber-alles people who hate everyone who isn't them.
