A woman in her 60s was critically injured overnight Monday while rushing to a shelter in Tel Aviv during sirens triggered by a ballistic missile launched by Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen.

She fell on her way to a protected area and was evacuated to Ichilov Hospital, according to the Magen David Adom emergency medical service.

MDA paramedics treated 25 people who were lightly hurt running to shelters or who suffered anxiety attacks.

According to the military, Israel’s long-range Arrow defence system intercepted the missile before it crossed into Israeli territory, shortly before 2 am local time.
