Twin brothers have been charged with conspiring to blow up Jewish buildings in South Africa. Brandon-Lee and Tony-Lee Thulsie were also accused of plotting to blow up a US mission alongside two other people.
According to reports, the brothers may have had links to Daesh and had been under surveillance for nearly a year before their arrest.
