A jury has recommended the death penalty for a white supremacist who fatally shot three people at Jewish sites last year in Overland Park, Kansas.

The man, Frazier Glenn Miller Jr, 74, had told jurors that he did not care what sentence was handed down. The judge in the trial will decide whether to follow the jury's recommendation. Kansas has not executed a death row inmate in decades.
