The founder of the French National Front, Jean-Marie Le Pen, said this week he was "ashamed" that his daughter - current party leader Marine - still bears his surname. His remarks came following the far-right party's suspension of Mr Le Pen, 86, after he repeated his view that the Shoah was "a detail of history". Mr Le Pen said he would not back Ms Le Pen in the 2017 presidential elections.
