The one-year anniversary of the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting was marked with memorial services around the world.

The attack, on October 27 last year, claimed the lives of 11 worshippers at the Tree of Life – Or L’Simcha synagogue in the city’s Squirrel Hill neighbourhood.

It was the deadliest antisemitic attack in US history.
