August 8, 2024 16:30Kanye West has accused his “Jewish doctor,” his “Jewish trainer,” and the “Jewish media” of conspiring to hopsitalise him in 2022 – when the rapper was admitted to the UCLA Medical Centre with exhaustion.
Speaking to Candace Owens, a prominent Pro-Trump political commentator, West said his “Jewish trainer” saw him reading the Bible, “put [him] in hospital, and then put it in the press”.
Owen’s interview with West was recorded two years ago, but was released on Youtube yesterday. “We were told he was too crazy to be heard,” said Owens. “Now you get to decide if that’s true”.
“There’s an argument happening inside the Jewish media right now,” West told Owens, “do we give him a platform or do we not give him the platform”. The interview, filmed amid allegations of antisemitism against West, took place in Owens’ home. “We’re in your house right now because they wouldn’t let us talk,” West said.
Sharing the interview to social media yesterday, Owens said the “media mafia” was out to attack her. “The threatening and controlling of the black voice when we ordain to speak out against people that are abusing us across various industries needs to stop,” Owens posted. “I will not be bullied into Zionist talking points,” she said.
West’s interview was filmed on October 17, 2022 – the same day the rapper appeared on Chris Cuomo’s NewsNation. West alleged a “Jewish underground media mafia” was controlling musicians. “There’s so many Black musicians signed to Jewish record labels and those Jewish record labels take ownership … of the culture itself,” he said. “It’s like a modern-day slavery, and I’m calling it out.
“This is not hate speech,” West said on NewsNation. “This is the truth. If you say anything out of the line with the agenda, then your career could be over”.
In his interview with Owens, West also doubled down on his previous comments that Black people are “actually Jews”. He told Owens, “if people can be transgender, why can’t they be transrace?”
West has a long history of making antisemitic comments. In October 2022, he shared on X he was “going death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE”. In December of that year, West praised Hitler in an interview with the far-right talk show host Alex Jones.
Owens has also been accused of antisemitism. Most recently, the commentator was accused of going “full-blown Nazi” after she called Mengele’s experiments on Auschwitz prisoners “bizarre propaganda”. Speaking on an episode of The Candace Show titled “Literally Hitler. Why can’t we talk about him?”, Owens described Holocaust education as indoctrination.
