Jeremy Corbyn has failed to reply to an invitation from the the Labour Party in Israel inviting him to Jerusalem to see the Yad Vashem Holocaust museum.
Labour MPs expressed their shock that no response had been sent, leading to fresh criticisms of their Party leader over his handling of the allegations of antisemitism within Labour.
In April, Israel’s opposition leader Isaac Herzog and leader of the Israeli Labour Party, responded to the antisemitism row by inviting senior members of the Labour Party - including Jeremy Corybn - to visit Yad Vashem as a reminder of the results of antisemitism.
However, according to a report in the Guardian this weekend, Mr Herzog has still received no reply.
The news comes as Jackie Walker, the Labour activist suspended for claiming Jews financed the slave trade, was allowed back in the party this week.
