Rachel Riley has said she worried her baby had stopped moving in the womb because of the stress antisemitic trolling caused her.
Ms Riley, who is Jewish, has been a vocal critic of Labour's handling of the antisemitism crisis on Twitter, and has become the target for abuse.
Speaking to the Sun, she said: “I found out I was pregnant in April and that was around the time of the 'Boycott Rachel Riley' campaign.
“Mentally, I am strong. Mentally, I can cope. I am up for this fight. It is imperative that we win.”
But she said the abuse "got really f*****g ugly" the week of BBC Panorama broadcast its programme about Labour antisemitism/
She said: "It was disgusting. They were exposed as antisemites.
"The Labour leadership were exposed as liars. Their followers took it personally and attacked anyone going anywhere near.
“I was very stressed and upset and my baby stopped wriggling for a couple of days. At that point you think, ‘Nah’.
“I realised that however mentally strong I am, there’s adrenalin, there’s hormones that go through your body and now I’m sharing them, I absolutely don’t need to give that to my baby.”
Ms Riley is expecting her first child with husband and former Strictly Come Dancing dancer Pasha Kovalev, whom she married in June.
She recently launched the Don’t Feed The Trolls campaign, alongside other celebrities who have received online abuse, which promotes blocking abusive accounts to avoid fuelling their hatred.
