UK TV's most famous judge is in the middle of a legal battle of his own. According to reports, Judge Rinder has split from his husband after four years of marriage.

The 39-year-old barrister and TV personality, Robert Rinder, who has been heading his eponymous TV show  - the UK's answer to Judge Judy - on ITV, married fellow lawyer Seth Cummings on the beach in Ibiza in 2013. The ceremony was officiated by Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who met Rinder at Manchester University.

Rinder, who also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016,  and Cummings had been together for 11 and a half years.

Rinder, who has described himself as a a regular JC reader, has not commented on the split but a source told The Sun: "He’s very upset about the situation, but the split is amicable and no one else is involved."
