Tel Aviv DJs play at London superclub

There may be no peace process, but Israeli house DJs Guy J, Sahar Z and Guy Mantzur, who took over one floor of London superclub Egg last Friday, are proving that there may be mileage in the old raver’s adage that we are all one tribe when dancing to repetitive beats. Says Guy J: “I get messages from Qatar, Egypt, Iraq and even Iran. It’s amazing to have contact from these countries. There’s also a club in Beirut that has played my music. Music really connects people — it’s the most international language.”
