Ronson honoured at £250,000 Haifa university dinner

Two-hundred people attended a Claridge’s dinner held by the British Friends of Haifa University on Monday, honouring the educational contribution of Gerald Ronson and marking the university’s 40th anniversary.Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls was the guest speaker at the event, which raised £250,000. British Friends director Tali Sayar thanked “so many new and old friends for making this evening the triumph it has been”
