Leeds diners rustle up £23K for UJIA projects

Journalist and TV presenter Esther Rantzen was the star of the show at the Leeds women's UJIA annual appeal lunch this week. The event, held at the United Hebew Congregation, attracted 150 people who heard the founder and president of ChildLine – the national children's helpline – talk about her life and career. The diners raised £23,000 to support UJIA's educational programmes in the UK and northern Israel
