A Manchester crowd raises £1 million for UJIA projects

UJIA Manchester welcomed more than 400 guests to the city centre Hilton Hotel to launch the charity’s campaign year. In his address, guest speaker Dr Guy Bechor, a Middle East analyst at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Centre, spoke about the situation in Israel and the country’s vulnerable borders. Close to £1 million was raised on the night for UJIA educational programmes in both the UK and the Galil, northern Israel
