A big Leeds crowd turns out for film festival gala

Around 200 people came to the gala opening of the Leeds UK Jewish Film Festival at the Cottage Road Cinema. On the night, two films were presented: the award-winning Israeli film Noodle, and Sidney Turtlebaum, featuring Sir Derek Jacobi as a trickster targeting shivah houses. Sidney Turtlebaum scriptwriter Raphael Smith gave the audience an introduction to the film.
