Pro-Palestine activist Teresa Diamond has a history of highly inflammatory social media posts
April 23, 2025 10:54One of the organisers of Saturday’s pro-Palestine protest in a Jewish area of Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex has posted a claim denying official accounts of the Holocaust, praised Hamas "heroes" on October 7 and accused Mossad of being behind 9/11.
Last Shabbat, demonstrators marched through Westcliff, a heavily Jewish suburb of Southend, during Passover.
Dozens of protesters chanting “globalise the intifada” paraded through the residential streets as Jewish families were returning home from synagogue.
But the JC can reveal that one of the organisers of the “Essex March for Palestine” was Teresa Diamond, who has a history of highly inflammatory social media posts.
The JC was alerted to the activist’s online activity by investigative research group Gnasher Jew.
In a post on October 7, Diamond wrote: "May Allah protect Palestine and the hero’s [sic] who continue to fight for freedom".
In another post referring to the war in Gaza, Diamond said: “This Holocaust is being committed by white people against brown people, and that’s why it’s acceptable.
“So listen guys, before you start crying about people denying the Jewish holocaust, start accepting the Palestinian holocaust [sic].”
And, describing how she educates her children on history, she added: “I will never again mention the Jewish Holocaust or even accept it, until the whole world accepts the disgusting holocaust of the Palestinian people.”
In a Facebook post, Diamond wrote that there is “absolutely no way in the world that the Jewish Holocaust happened in the way we have been told”.
On several occasions, Diamond has accused Zionists of working with Hitler to enact the Holocaust and legitimise the founding of Israel.
In one video seen by the JC, she said: “The Zionists worked with Adolf Hitler, because they knew the only way they could get enough Jewish people… to form their own state… something so terrible would have to happen to make these people fear [for their] lives.
“And also, it had to be something so terrible, that they could attach Zionism to Judaism, and therefore protect anybody saying anything about Zionism because then you get accused of being antisemitic.
“And this is how the disgusting Zionism has managed to grow. The Zionists made a deal with Hitler: ‘Carry on, kill them if you need, but also try and spare enough to that we have enough Jews to start our own state.’”
In a post she wrote: “I 100 per cent believe that Zionists were working with Hitler and were responsible for killing Jewish people,” adding: “Prove to me that Zionists didn’t employ Hitler.”
On several occasions, Diamond has re-posted images on her Facebook which draw explicit parallels between Hitler and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
In one, a drawing showed Hitler and Netanyahu running in a relay. Both were depicted smiling and wearing the colours of their respective countries, with Hitler passing a baton to the Israeli Prime Minister which was marked with a swastika and was dripping with blood.
In another photo re-shared by Diamond, a photograph of Hitler performing the Sieg Heil salute with the caption “We are the master race” appears above a photograph of Netanyahu holding up his hand with the caption “We are God’s chosen people”.
Commenting on the image, she said: “What’s the difference? One group went after white people so the West found it shocking.”
On the day of the October 7, 2023 attacks, Diamond wrote on Facebook: “May Allah protect Palestine and the hero’s [sic] who continue to fight for freedom whilst those who could end this all pull up ringside chairs.”
In another post, the Gaza activist shared a photo of the book Hamas: Unwritten Chapters by Azzam Tamimi and wrote: “I’m sure a lot of people have worked out by now that Hamas are not the terrorists that Western governments would like to have us believe.”
She also shared a photo of strictly Orthodox Jews carrying a banner which said: “Zionism is the problem – not Fatah, not Hamas.”
Furthermore, Diamond has shared a number of conspiracy theories on her social media.
In one video, she told her followers she would be willing to endure a world war so she would not have to “remain in a world that is controlled by these disgusting Zionists, backed by America”.
The video’s caption read: “I’m actually ready for [World War Three] now and, as much as I really don’t want to die, if a world war is the only way to end Zionism and knock America off their self made pedestal, then I’m prepared to make that sacrifice.”
In December 2023, she wrote a Facebook post accusing the Mossad of being behind 9/11.
She reiterated the conspiracy in a later video, saying: “I don’t know if you guys have noticed how quiet Isis seems to have been, when all of this stuff is going on with Palestine.
“I wonder why that is? Could it be because Mossad actually controls Isis?”
“Watch this space. Watch for the next terrorist attack that will happen as soon as America make a deal with Hamas and release their hostages, watch a terrorist attack taking place in America, and watch Mossad blaming Isis.”
In a video ahead of Saturday’s pro-Palestine march that passed through the Jewish area of Westcliff in Southend, Diamond said: "There is no national demo this month, so let's make the Essex demo your national demo. You're an hour away from London, we are collating at Westcliff station, which is literally on the c2c train, you can get to Southend as easy as you can get into central London if you're living on the outskirts.
"Dan Day has been released on bail, so we are shouting for Dan, the more people we have, the more he's gonna hear us. Guys, come down, join us, let's highlight Easter in the birthplace of Jesus... Join us this Saturday 19th April meeting at 1:30pm outside Westcliff station and marching to Victoria Circus."
One of the groups involved was Chelmsford for Palestine, which split from Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) earlier this year.
The Southend branch of the PSC distanced itself from Saturday’s demonstration, and said it played no part in organising the rally, on “an important religious festival for many people including Christians and Jews”.
Diamond has restricted access to her Facebook account since the march went ahead.
The JC contacted Teresa Diamond for comment.
