Weekday lunches can often be a sorry meal deal affair. Not so for Elizabeth Harris-Sawczenko, deputy director of the Council of Christians and Jews, who this week found herself dining with the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
Wednesday's lunch, also attended by a small group of educators and charity workers, was, said Ms Harris-Sawczenko, "a great honour and a blessing".
