Oliver Gordon, 11, is hoping to leap to success as the younger half of duo James & Oliver, who have made it through to the live rounds of  BBC1’s newest talent contest, The Greatest Dancer.

The Welwyn Garden United Synagogue and  Borehamwood JLGB member has been dancing round rooms ever since he was two according to his mother, and joined the FK Dance Academy when he was six.

Oliver and James have been dancing as a duo for two years since they met at the academy.

“This is the best experience of my life” said Oliver, who will dance again this week. “Being  able to dance every day and then in front of millions of people is incredible.”
