Prince Charles, speaking at the tribute dinner to Lord Sacks on Monday, noted that they were both born in the year of Israel’s birth, 1948.
“I realise, of course, that we have both reached the official age of retirement,” he said, “but I hope yours is going to be a bit more realistic than mine.”
