Tony Blair, Bobby Charlton and Terry Wogan are just some of the high-profile names who have been snapped - legitimately - by Newcastle photographer Nicholas Posner.
Dr Posner, also a practising GP, is a renowned portrait photographer and has been commissioned to take shots of some of the nation's top celebrities.
Earlier this year, he featured on the BBC's Inside Out programme. Dr Posner, 43, tells People: "Photography is very different to medicine. Doing the celebrities is a fantastic experience. You get to go and meet the person and see some very interesting places." He adds: "I had an hour session with John Major. He was fantastic. We chatted about all sorts whereas Edward Heath was very brief."
Dr Posner took up photography at the age of 13. Five years later he has his first piece exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery, where he has had 18 pieces accepted.
