Luciana Berger has revealed her newborn son is to be called Zion Benjamin Manny Goldsmith.
The MP, gave birth to her second child last Tuesday, amid an outpouring of support from the Jewish community after, heavily pregnant, she quit Labour last month after years of threats and abuse over the party's "institutional antisemitism".
She announced the name on Tuesday.
Manny was the name of her great uncle, Labour MP Manny Shinwell, who served as a minster under Ramsey Macdonald and Clement Atlee.
The boy is her second child, after her two-year-old daughter Amelie.
She posted a photo on Instagram of her with both children and her husband Alistair Goldsmith, saying she was having a "special" International Women's Day.
She tweeted last week her family were "brimming with happiness" about the new arrival.
Rabbi Jonathan Sacks tweeted "Mazaltov!" on their "wonderful news".
