Game of Thrones actress Laura Pradelska is hosting a party, in aid of Israel’s largest hospital.
Ms Pradelska’s Floral Ball, in London, will raise funds for the Sheba Medical Centre in Ramat Gan.
Ms Pradelska, the grandchild of Holocaust survivors, is an ambassador for the hospital and says she has always had a special relationship with Israel because of her heritage.
The German-born actress, who plays Quaithe in the hit TV show, said: “Sheba Medical Centre is such a major medical powerhouse and one that needs recognition for its worldwide efforts.
“The Floral Ball is set to be a fantastic event to help raise funds and awareness for the amazing work they do!”
As well as a major centre for health care, the hospital has treated Syrian child refugees fleeing the country’s civil war.
It’s director-general, Yitshak Kreiss, will be guest of honour at the ball, which is to be attended by celebrity guests including model Caprice, and actress Gemma Chan.
