Controversial broadcaster Katie Hopkins has been axed by LBC.
The radio station tweeted on Friday “LBC and Katie Hopkins have agreed that Katie will leave LBC effective immediately”.
Ms Hopkins hosted a show every Sunday.
The move comes after Ms Hopkins was reported to police earlier this week for calling for a “final solution” in response to the Manchester terrorist attack.
In message posted on Twitter, the LBC host and newspaper columnist wrote: “Do not be part of the problem. We need a final solution.”
The phrase echoes the Nazi Final Solution, the plan for the genocide of Europe's Jews in the Holocaust.

Ms Hopkins message was directed at This Morning TV host Philip Schofield and was later deleted and replaced with a re-worded message reading: “We need a true solution".
Social media users immediately labelled her post as a incitement to genocide.

Am very reliably told there were massive cheers + applause in @LBC newsroom when staff received email about Hopkins https://t.co/F1D8fAtWZ3
