The Jewish Museum in London has set out to raise £17,000 in a month to fund an Amy Winehouse street art trail around Camden.
The 30-day crowdfunding drive was launched yesterday to secure the money for a series of small artworks in the singer’s former neighbourhood in the London borough.
Fans following the trail will be led to the museum on Albert Street.
“We are excited about launching our first ever crowdfunding campaign,” said Abigail Morris, the director of the museum. “We aim to create a fitting legacy embracing the creative spirit of Camden.”
