Jewish man dies at Glastonbury in ‘medical incident’

Emergency services responded to a call early on Sunday morning

A Jewish man in his 40s died at Glastonbury festival in Somerset last weekend.

The father of three from North London was pronounced dead at the festival by emergency services around 4 am on Sunday morning.

According to Avon and Somerset police, emergency services attended The Old Railway Line part of the festival grounds and despite the best efforts of paramedics, the man died at the scene.

Police are not treating his death as suspicious and are working with the coroner to establish a cause of death. His family has been notified.
