The Jewish Labour Movement has nominated Lisa Nandy, the chair of Labour Friends of Palestine, for party leader and Ian Murray for deputy leader.
Ms Nandy, who received huge applause for her condemnation of Labour antisemitism at JLM's hustings on Thursday night, won the votes of more than half of its members who cast ballots to determine whom it should nominate.
JLM announced the results after two sets of hustings, one for deputy leader in Manchester on Tuesday and another for leader in London on Thursday.
"Both demonstrated at our hustings events that they understand the issues facing the party and the need for radical change, said JLM chair Mike Katz.
"We would like to thank all of our members for taking part in this process.
"The last few years have been soul destroying for too many Jewish Labour members. We hope that today is the beginning of a healing process.
"I am happy to announce that we will be formally nominating Lisa Nandy for Leader and Ian Murray for Deputy Leader."
Ms Nandy tweeted: "Thank you for putting your trust in me... I will not let you down."
Thank you for putting your trust in me, @JewishLabour. I will not let you down - but I won't do it alone, I need everyone who wants change to join me in this fight: https://t.co/vZljpYuhrb #WeWinTogether https://t.co/orNipiqz2Q

She added: "I am proud to have received the backing of the Jewish Labour Movement and the thousands of Party members they represent.
JLM has been affiliated to the Labour Party for a century, and I am honoured that they have put their trust in me to lead our Party back to power."
Ms Nandy unveiled an action plan for tackling antisemitism to the JC on Sunday that included a dramatic overhaul of the party's disciplinary processes.
She said: "The lessons from the last few years are that, from my experience, it is now believed by those questioning whether to remain in the party or who have already left, that there has been no independence in this system at all."
Ms Nandy won on the first round while Mr Murray topped the first round of the deputy leadership vote with 39 per cent, then won 50.2 per cent on the final round, narrowly beating Rosena Allin-Khan.
In the leadership ballot, Ms Nandy and Sir Keir Starmer won 96 per cent of the vote between them, with Rebecca Long Bailey winning just 1.9 per cent and Emily Thornberry just 1.4%.
