Jeremy Corbyn hopes for 'peace, justice and equality' in Rosh Hashanah message

His party meets next week for its conference in Brighton.

Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour leader, has issued his annual Rosh Hashanah message.

Mr Corbyn said he hoped the festival would allow people to remember "our shared values of peace, justice and equality".

His party meets next week for its conference in Brighton.

In his message, Mr Corbyn said: “Shana Tova. As Jewish communities in our country and around the world prepare to celebrate the High Holy Days, I want to extend my warmest greetings.
