Innocent Palestinian victims of Hamas can be seen writhing in agony, shackled and whipped with canes in harrowing new footage of Hamas’s regime of terror.

The Israel Defense Force has discovered “thousands of hours” of disturbing footage showing Hamas interrogators torturing Palestinian civilians inside Gaza before the war erupted on October 7, according to the Mail on Sunday, which first reported on the videos.

The sickening footage appears to show male prisoners with sacks over their heads, chained to the ceiling and floor of interrogation rooms in brutal and painful positions.

The Mail released images of the incidents, filmed by CCTV cameras inside a Hamas base in northern Gaza Jabalia refugee camp which was raided by the IDF early this this year.

Hamas operatives can be seen sitting casually on tables and reclining with ease, as their victims writhe in distress and agony.

In one scene, a man tied to the ceiling in a painful position is beaten with a stick on the sole of his bare feet while his captor sits casually next to him.

Another clip shows a man, with a sack over his head, chained up so awkwardly he can only place one foot on the floor, while his torturer reclines next to him. One of the captors appears to then brutally choke the civilian.

It is unknown why the men were being held by Hamas, but the terror group has a track record of punishing anyone who questions their authority. The Mail suggested the men could have been held for the crime of being gay – homosexuality is against the law under Hamas’s brutal Islamist regime in Gaza.

Political opponents, gay men, adulterers and anyone accused of collaborating with Israel have been tortured and killed by the terror group in the past.

A time stamp in the corner of the CCTV footage suggests that the harrowing torture took place between 2018 and 2020.

The footage was discovered by Israeli officials on computers from the Hamas compound inside the Jabalia refugee camp, according to the Mail, which reported that the discovery was made in March.

“It took months to go through them all,” a senior IDF source told the Mail.
