Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli met her new Israeli businessman boyfriend in Rome last month.
The couple, who were both guests at the Italian wedding of Daniel Ofer, grandson of the late Sammy Ofer, has since been spotted together in Tel Aviv and St Tropez.
Mr Fisher, 35, is a property tycoon based in Herzliya Pituach, and holds a 12 per cent stake in the East Mediterranean Gas Company. He bought the stake for more than £1.3 million in 2007 from a confidante of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak.
The company has not had a strong year, as the pipeline through which Egyptian natural gas is supplied to Israel has been sabotaged repeatedly by terrorists.
Ms Refaeli recently split up with her Hollywood actor partner Leonardo DiCaprio, but Mr Fisher is also not new to the world of showbiz romance. Until last year, he was in a three-year relationship with Marina Kavisher, an Israeli reality television star.
