A 6-year-old boy and a man in his 20s were killed in a car-ramming attack in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem on Friday.
Four others were injured, including another child critically. The wounded were taken to the Shaare Zedek and Hadassah Mount Scopus Medical Centers in the Israeli capital.
Police said that the driver of the car was neutralized and a large force was dispatched to the scene.
The attack comes after seven people were killed and several others injured in a Jan. 27 terrorist shooting at a synagogue in Jerusalem’s Neve Ya’akov neighborhood.
An MDA medic who arrived at the scene, described the attack as "a very serious incident."
He said: "The scene was terrible when we arrived. We saw a vehicle near the bus stop that hit pedestrians that were waiting. We saw 6 victims near each other. 2 of them were 6-year-old children who were unconscious with severe multi-trauma injuries.
"A 27-year-old male and 30-year-old male were unconscious, and 2 further victims were conscious with limb injuries. We provided first aid, and performed CPR on the two children.
UK foreign secretary James Cleverly posted a tweet condemning the attack and saying that his thoughts were with the victims' families.
Appalling terror attack near Jerusalem today.

We condemn this abhorrent violence, particularly against children.
My thoughts are with the families of the victims and those injured.
