An internet troll who was jailed for abusing a Jewish MP has resurrected his campaign following his release from prison.
Garron Helm told a far-right website he felt no remorse for sending antisemitic tweets to Labour’s Luciana Berger and was “proud” of his actions.
He has also resurfaced on the social media site, mocking the Holocaust, praising Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, and railing against multiculturalism.
Nationalist Helm, of Litherland, Merseyside, said: “I wouldn’t have done anything differently because I believe I’ve done nothing wrong.”
On Twitter Helm also suggested he would be supporting far-right nationalist Joshua Bonehill-Paine’s plans to “liberate” Stamford Hill from the “occupation” of Charedi Jews.
The social media site has repeatedly failed to answer questions about its response to antisemitic and other racist messages posted on the network.
Ministers including Home Secretary Theresa May and her shadow minister Yvette Cooper have called for the company to do more to stop abuse on its site.
