Shadow Foreign Secretary Hilary Benn will visit east Jerusalem with a humanitarian group during a visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories this week.
Mr Benn, who landed in Ben Gurion airport this morning for the three-day visit, will tour east Jerusalem with the UN Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
He will also visit Holocaust memorial museum Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, a spokesman confirmed.
