Gilad Atzmon, the notorious antisemite and Holocaust revisionist, has requested financial help from his supporters, saying losing a libel case the Campaign Against Antisemitism brought against him has left him needing “about £40,000.”

Writing on his website on Monday, Mr Atzmon said losing the case, after he accused the CAA of treating antisemitism as a "business plan", had "left with a huge hole in my pocket".

"Although I am selling some of my musical instruments and have made other arrangements to try to raise the necessary funds, I remain short about  £40.000,” he said.

Mr Atzmon was sued by CAA chairman Gideon Falter, after he accused him of personally profiting from fabricating antisemitic incidents.
