Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl said: "We would like to thank Tottenham for calling out the blatant antisemitism in George Galloway’s tweet.
"We also applaud TalkRadio or taking this poisonous figure off air. His attempt to bring hatred into such a wonderful occasion has rightfully attracted derision."
The original tweet sparked anger.
Earlier, the club tweeted that it was "blatant antisemitism... by someone who is still afforded air time on a radio station on which he has previously broken broadcast impartiality rules".
