Images by the American photographer William John Kennedy will be seen by the public thanks to Jewish businessman Neil Bookatz.

He discovered the photos discarded in a box for 40 years. The collection includes a shot of artist Andy Warhol displaying his famous portrait of Marilyn Monroe.

An exhibition of the images, called Warhol in London: Behind the Lens of William John Kennedy, has just gone on show at the KIWI Arts Group @ A&D Gallery in Chiltern Street, Marylebone.

Mr Bookatz, a long-time supporter of World Jewish Relief, has given the charity a limited edition print of the Warhol/Monroe photo worth £12,000.
