Primary head quits

Clore Shalom Pimary head Irene Kay is to retire at the end of the academic year. Mrs Kay has led the pluralist school since in Shenley since its establishment in 1999 and has helped it grow into a popular and oversubscribed primary.

Governors' chair Irene Blaston said that "Mrs Kay has a deep and infectious love of Judaism and learning and can be justifiably proud of creating a school with an excellent reputation. The school community is going to miss her."
