It's time for tee in Watford

articlemain

Avid golfers among the Watford Synagogue membership who have been playing together socially on a regular basis have decided to put their sporting relationship on a more formal level by establishing the Wads Golf Society.

The group plays on Sunday mornings at Aldenham Golf Club and other local venues. It would welcome new members, including players who are not members of the shul.

Society organisers Clive Walters and Barry Freed hope to arrange an annual charity golf day in aid of a cause close to the Watford community.
