Heroes award for Emma Senitt

articlemain

Emma Senitt received the Trustee of the Year prize at the Harrow Heroes Awards in recognition of her involvement in the Alan Senitt Trust, set up in memory of her brother, who was murdered in Washington DC in 2006.

The award particularly recognised her instigation of the Alan Senitt Community Leadership Programme, which has trained over 200 year-10 pupils of all faiths in community leadership and interfaith dialogue.

Ms Senitt’s own work for the trust is voluntary as she is the full-time youth director at Edgware Reform Synagogue.
