Asthma kills student, 18

articlemain

An 18-year-old Hale student has died from an asthma attack.

Tributes have been paid to Daniella Sciama, from Hale, who died last week. She was a student at Edinburgh University where she was studying economics.

The former Manchester High School for Girls pupil was also a promising artist, with a painting winning recognition at a city-wide award when she was 15.

Friends left messages on social media paying tribute to a girl with the “biggest and kindest heart”.
Danielle is survived by her mother Michelle, father Richard and brother Nicky.
