Vanessa Feltz bumped into her local rebbetzin at an event to mark Brent Cross Shopping Centre’s 40th birthday on Wednesday.
The broadcaster, from St John’s Wood, hailed the north-west London mall as a great community space where she always meets family and friends.
At the event, the centre unveiled a collection of wooden animals - replicas of installations that were set up when Brent Cross first opened in 1976.
Jewish singer Rachel Stevens was also spotted shopping at the centre during celebrations to mark its anniversary.
