Anna Josse helps charity donors make the most of their money

articlemain

Nice work, Anna Josse. The former first full-time director of the New Israel Fund, Mrs Josse is the founder of Prism, a registered charity which helps individuals and companies with their charitable giving.

Prism has been shortlisted in the STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners) private client awards, taking place on October 19. Her organisation has been nominated in the Philanthropy Team of the Year category, in recognition of those who provide outstanding strategic advice to donors on philanthropic giving and structures.

Mrs Josse, who lives in north London, tells People: "We are up against some really big international corporations so I don't know what chance we have of winning, but to get this far is great."

A partner at finance company Regent Capital, Mrs Josse set up Prism in 2004 to make giving easy for donors. The donor decides when and where to donate and Prism administers their gift, advising on the most tax-efficient methods of doing so.
