Amy Schumer has announced she had a secret wedding to Chris Fischer, a chef.
The Jewish comedian kept the fact she was getting married a secret from the media and her fans until she announced the deed was done.
In an Instagram post she confirmed the pair had wed on Tuesday.
She posted a picture of her and husband with the simple caption “Yup.”
Her friend and fellow comedian John Early, married them in character as his alter ego "Vicky with a V," and Ms Schumer’s dog, Tati, walked down the aisle.
Ms Schumer’s celebrities friends were also in attendance.
They included Larry David, Judd Apatow, Jennifer Aniston, David Spade, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Jennifer Lawrence.
