Division One leaders Brady A dropped their first point of the season as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Glenthorne A with Max Radford and Marc Radzan scoring respectively.

Elsewhere, neither North London Raiders nor South Mancunians were able to find the net in their encounter, mainly due to the brilliance of both ‘keepers.

In Division Two, leaders London Lions beat Hendon Harriers 5-1 with goals from David Price, Barry Silkman – direct from a corner – and Marc Morris (3). Ashley Marks scored Harriers’ consolation.

Running neck and neck with Lions are Glenthorne B, for whom goals from Paul van Gelder (2), Sid Shaw, Adam
Lennard and Peter Sollosi earned a 5-0 win over Ashlodge.

Marshside beat Temple Fortune 4-0 with a hat-trick from guest Grant Morgan, plus a goal from player manager Ed Saleh to celebrate his engagement.

EDRS stunned Brady B with an 8-2 demolition inspired by a double hat-trick from Martin Seifert, plus goals from Phil Silver and Simon Scheffer. Jonny Cohen and Martin Schultz replied for Brady.
