Stanmore Place, a development by St Edward Homes in Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex has seen 60 per cent sold of its first phase. This collection of new-build homes will ultimately include nearly 800 apartments and houses, in an area lacking quality new-build homes.

The first-released high-specification one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments have proved extremely popular with local buyers and are available through new homes specialist Preston Bennett.

This is the first project to be unveiled by St Edward Homes, a new company bringing together the experience of joint venture partners Berkeley Homes and The Prudential.

Close to Canons Park station, Stanmore Place will be a new community. The developer aims to give it a village feel. In a waterside setting, the properties will be accessed by a bridge over a lake.

There will be landscaped areas, cycle paths and a children's play area as well as CCTV and 24-hour concierge.

Prices in the first phase start at £235,000 (for one-bedroom apartments); £335,000 (two-bedroom) and £380,000 (three-bedroom).
