A goal from Josh Kennet kept London Lions in the top 10 of the Spartan South Midlands League Division One although manager Tony Gold believes that it should have resulted in three points rather than one.

The former Maccabi Herzliya star put Lions ahead against New Bradwell St Peter with a fabulous finish after 29 minutes.

However, the Lions were unable to put the game to bed with Ben Ellis, Dean Nyman and Ricky Engleman spurning good chances.

The visitors levelled 20 minutes from time leaving Gold to reflect on what might have been.
