WINNER: - NICK STERN (L'Equipe) - "It's only taken about eight years [to beat Raiders], countless heartache but we did it and I couldn’t be a more proud manager. It was a truly fantastic team performance. The front three of new signing Max Martin, James Mandel and, of course, Andy Smith were immense and they were phenomenally supported by a midfield three of Mark Korn, Mark Singer and James Bell who played like each one of them were a mix of Kante, Vieira and Keane it was a joy to watch"

James Berkley was the two-goal hero as Redbridge Jewish Care A record an opening day win against defending champions Raiders in Wembley.
New boy Russell Goldstein also found the net for Jon Jacobs' men who made a real statement of intent against last season's double winners.
Matt Stock and Player of the Year Jordan Marks netted for NLR.
RJC boss Jon Jacobs told JC Sport: "There's no doubt that Redbridge deserved the win and although an open game, the win could have been more emphatic."
NLR manager Daniel Shafron told JC Sport: "I am disappointed but I know that we have the character and mentality to bounce back and will use this disappointment as motivation moving forward."

Hendon A hit FC Team for six in a ruthless performance in Harefield, with star man ZACK LEWIS helping himself to a treble.
David Garbacz's troops were in clinical mood as Yoav Kestenbaum, Rocky Spitzer and Josh Harris cemented the points.
Ben Binder, Lorian Madanes and Jon Toby registered for Team.
Hendon boss David Garbacz told JC Sport: "This was by no means the perfect performance but it was good to score some goals and get the three points."
FC Team boss Mitch Young told JC Sport: "Congratulations to Hendon - they are an experienced talented squad and killed the game off well in the second half."

SPEC FC player-manager Ricky Lawrence told JC Sport: "Oakwood were the better team. We defended really well during the first half but they got two quick goals after the restart and I guess we sort of capitulated. No complaints about the result though, the better side won."

Further strikes from Anthony Cope and Adam Goldman sealed the points for Sam Rank's men.
Adam Ellis marked his Hendon debut with a goal, along with one from joint-player-manager James Neidle.
Hendon joint-manager Jono Nesbitt told JC Sport: "We have many positives to take from the second half performance, and with many of the boys having their first full debut's we will now hopefully have some of the nervous and jitters out of the way."

Newcomers Finchley City hit the ground running as they handed out a 4-2 drubbing to Los Blancos.
Josh Aziz, Moshe Fehler, Yoel Deal and Sam Leader were the goal men for Finchley.
Tim Heynes and stalwart netted for Blancos.
Finchley boss Joel Holder told JC Sport: "The boys were fantastic and really deserved the win. We kept to our game plan, pressed from the start, moved the ball quickly and kept it tight at the back."
LB boss Nick Grosse told JC Sport: "It was a very disappointing start to the season, especially as we had our strongest squad in recent memory. But there's absolutely no reason why we cannot achieve our goal of a top three finish."

Vale joint-manager Jacob Emanuel told JC Sport: "I'm proud of the boys in our debut game but a couple of missing key players including our captain Josh Wood and individual errors cost us in a game where a point shared would've been a fair result for both teams."

Temple Fortune started life under new boss Simon Linden with a win as they came from a goal down to beat Mill Hill Dons, with Jake Marks heading home the winner.
Simon Hakimian had got the hosts off to the perfect start before Fortune mounted a thrilling comeback, after Zack Rich levelled, to take the points at Mill Hill Park.
Delighted Fortune boss Simon Linden reflected on "a big win". He told JC Sport: "Character was essential and we showed plenty of it in the second half to dig deep and win the game."

A four-goal blitz from JONTI AREMBAND made it a morning to remember for new boys RCUK FC as they finished in seventh heaven against Real Hendon.
There were also goals for joint-player-manager Dovi Vogel, Avi Markiewicz and Akiva Zneimer as RCUK turned on the style.
Gav Noe grabbed a consolation for Real but it was RCUK's day.
RCUK player-manager Avi Markiewicz told JC Sport: "Today was our first competitive game together against an experienced group of guys, who were not as poor as the scoreline suggested. They shouldn't be too disheartened at the result we just happened to play fantastically well, and that's without our captain Yisroel Lewis who is off galavanting around Israel."
